The nonspecific binding of ryanodine,measured with excess cold ryanodine, averaged 0.025 pmol mg protein – 1 at pCa 7.5, 5.4, and 3.4. That is, the nonspecific binding did not depend on pCa. What is the Hill coefficient and KCa for this binding? (Hint: first plot the saturation curve. Determine Bmax for use in the Hill plot.
