Inspiring a Shared Vision: A Personal Reflection

As I reflect on my own leadership journey and the principles outlined in Kouzes and Posner’s The Leadership Challenge, I would rate my demonstration of the “Inspire a Shared Vision” principles as good, with room for improvement.
